Locking Topics to cover up Microsoft's failing

Why the hell has this been locked? I want an answer from someone at Microsoft.

No one from Microsoft uses the forums. Threads are locked for multiple reasons based on the forum guidelines. I was not the one
who locked that thread, but it was most likely locked due to being older. If anyone is still having issues, they would need to create their own thread in order to get proper assistance.

If you are able to, please unlock it. It was very clear that people were continuing to have issues and in the total absence of assistance from Microsoft were trying to work a solution. I was attempting to assist CharlieKenley who
asked for help 2 days ago when I found the topic had been locked.

There have been several posts on this topic. You are correct that this is an enforcement issue. The reason these posts have ended up locked is that this is not a support issue, so I would expect that this will be locked as well. Your best bet is to go here:
http://xbox.uservoice.com/ and look for this topic. If you find a post on this topic, vote on it. If you do not see a current topic covering this, start your own. Other then that, I suggest you try to
play with friends to help raise your rep. I know that this is not the answer you were hoping for, but it really is your best bet.
