Locking forum for calling out flaws in report system?

why would they do this? Also the flaw was peiple useing multiple accounts to report or salty teams doing it then sending you messages saying enjoy the chat ban

Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

Report & block using the tools on your console.That is the only way to report someone.

Its possible that you were told how the enforcement system works and did not want to believe what you were being told?

But let me explain to you how the enforcement system actually works.

Just because a report is made against your account does not mean your account is going to be suspended.

Every report that is made is looked at by an enforcement team member and the ONLY time that your account will get a suspension is if it did something that violated the code of conduct which you can find a copy of here

So even if your account gets a 1000 reports as long as you did nothing that violated the code of conduct you have nothing to worry about.

Keep in mind though it takes only ONE VALID report to get a suspension.

 

This issue was explained to you in the past from fellow ambassadors and once the question is asked and answered there is no point on going back and forth. The mods decide if the issue was clarified and lock it from further debate

 

but this is the complete opposite of what xbox support tells you on the phone.. they admit its flawed and not every case is reviewed due to high number... 5 different support helpers have said this but if you guys say so
