Locked Privilege on Forza

Hi Janet,

The specific setting you need to enable/allow is under the privacy tab. ‘You can see and upload community creations’ - set to everyone. This would allow access to the Auction House in all Forza games.

You can adjust these privacy settings/online privileges at https://account.microsoft.com/family and select your child’s account on the privacy & online safety page, or on an Xbox One or Series X|S console. Refer to this guide:

Once you’ve made these changes, your son would need to sign out and back in again for the updated account settings to properly take effect. Also be sure to select ‘submit’ to confirm and save these settings, which would apply to all devices on the account.

Thanks for letting us know it hasn't worked. This has been an issue since launch of the game. Personally have an adult account has been for few decades, I am still unable to access a few things. I get the exact error code you get that I need to change parental
control settings. We recommend to post on the
Forza forums, there also already may be answers there on how to fix.
