    Locked out


    My brother is locked out of his Hotmail and xbox after messing a login. A passcode is sent to a old phone number no longer in service.

    He has gotten to the point of filing out an detailed account recovery request but the automated system rejects the form. He has done this 3 times and each time same email from the AI bot. He has spent about 18 hours trying to figure this out. He had to get Gmail and switch his bank and Amazon over and currently need to call his credit card to cancel his xbox gold account.

    Apparently there is no phone number or person to talk to. It's all AI and forms. I'm now trying to help him because he lost access to his game library including GTA online which he has put hundreds of hours into.

    Is there no way to escalate this? No way to talk to actual person. Seems very odd. Any help would be appreciated.

    Yeah, that's what I can't use and there is no other option listed for contacting support.

    Is there some other way to contact someone about this issue as I can not use the chat on this comp and I would like some sort of way to resolve this.
