    Locked out of Xbox


    It’s been about six days since I’ve last logged on to my Xbox,, everything seems normal until after entering my pin number, for the first time I’m taken to a screen to enter my password for my account associated with my email.

    Multiple attempts cannot log on, finally use the barcode to logon, walk through the entire process got screen codes, and entered them and ultimately the Xbox flashes a new screen and continually get the cannot process right now.

    To be clear, I can access all my Xbox and Microsoft accounts online, I can log onto my Xbox account online and see my profile as well as all other activities. Regardless of many attempts, I cannot access my Xbox account on the Xbox.

    I’ve rebooted the Xbox multiple times without success.

    Who reads the small print anyways? I paid the man fair a square to have a service done to my xbox. This service should overide there terms of service.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forms. I would suggest going to https://support.xbox.com/ for support, and trying to get in touch with a support agent through live chat or other means.
    They’re best suited to help you with your issue and find out how to fix it. If you cant get in right away, I would suggest to keep trying or wait a while to try again. I hope this helps and that your issue is resolved quickly.

    No only modded Xbox can play burned disk and as stated

    and/or disabling the modified device. "

    So if your friend works on it again, the same thing will happen.

    We’ve tried but the account is locked out. It says some type of activity has locked us out. So we can not access customer support.
