this sounds like a direct issue that you need to discuss with rockstar customer support, If you have an issue where you are now no longer able to sell your personal vehicles then this is an issue that you have to raise with rockstar as they run the servers
for the game and hold your saved data.

They are usually very quick in helping out, i had an issue where i was chat banned on gta just because i had only been playing with my brother who has me muted all the time due to the fact im in the same room as him when we game, This was picked up by the
rockstar services as if 100% of the players i play against were muting me, They rectified that in about a week.

As i stated in the initial post.. i am currently in an open support ticket with rockstar games. And they refuse to furthur help with my issue, as they say there is noting they can do from their end, even though it was their sugestion and doing that i
am in this mess. Yes i cansented for the removal but i was not made aware this would happen. Now they wont rectify their issue they have caused me.
