Locked out of OLD Xbox/Microsoft Account

I've had this Xbox account for around ~10 years, and just in these last few months, I've completely lost access to it. It started asking for confirmations of phone numbers and email accounts, but both are so old that I no longer have access to the email because it's been deleted by my school (I was young and didn't think about this being an issue), and the phone number has since been disconnected. I answered the questions in the account-recovery service to the absolute best to my ability and still get nothing. I would do absolutely anything for this account back. It has over a decade of memories and well over $1000 dollars and thousands of hours into games on it. I am willing to provide any information possible to get access to it again. Microsoft support has been helpful but leads me to the same conclusion that I don't have enough information, although I'm positive I've added everything I can add to it. If anyone with authority could please help me I would be beyong grateful. I still have all 3 of my Xbox's with the information still on them, my Steam account is linked to the Master Chief Collection (or used to), and I will provide any information possible. Please somebody help me.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

I would love for you to recover your account however there is a dedicated team that is handling recovery of a Microsoft account and they can only be reached by submitting a recovery form. Submitting the form has no limit though you can only submit twice a day.

As previously posted, if you are able to sign into Microsoft and Xbox sites with no issues. You will need to reach out to Mojang and Playstation as it isn't the Microsoft account. As this is an old thread, i will be locking this thread.

Sorry to hear about what happened there. Just a heads up, you cannot create another account on the same email if this was already in used before. Possibility is, you may be using a different email on that main account you had. Try to use the email recovery option if you can still try and get your main account back:

Thanks for the reply. The problem I have is that I cannot get into the old account. Microsoft does not recognize it. Even though they send emails to that account to let me know of purchases. It was an old email that I was locked out of for a long time.

If you Google "Microsoft support" it will take you to their support page! And yes you need to do my steps with a new account. I totally understand the frustration, is there anything else I can do for you?
