Locked out of my Xbox

Discus and support Locked out of my Xbox in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I went to play my Xbox one a couple of days ago and it asked me to enter my account password, but when I did there was no button to get past this...     Locked out of my Xbox


    I went to play my Xbox one a couple of days ago and it asked me to enter my account password, but when I did there was no button to get past this prompt. I tried all of the suggestions I found online, including restoring my Xbox one back to factory settings
    and no luck, there is No way to get past this prompt. Can anyone help me fix this?

    Wow I have not played in months, so I get on to play Mass Effect 2 so I can warm up for 3, but I can not remember my password for the parent control. (I cam log in my live account fine) I thought I put in my favorite movie but it keeps tell my its wrong.
    Is there anyway to fix this?

    You will need to contact xbox support directly to reset your password for parental control. The number is (800) 469-9269 .

    Hi Michelle,

    Usually when prompted to input your account password on your Xbox One to continue after typing the password you press the button with the three lines. This is the enter button, after pressing this it should let you sign on (unless password is wrong)

    If you mind detailing a bit more on what happens when trying to input your password so we can further assist would be great. Also, are you able to sign in online through our website with no issues?
