    Locked out of Microsoft account.


    Hey,

    So I've been locked out of my new Microsoft account due to suspicious activity.

    But, I haven't used the account more than twice? I've contacted Microsoft and they haven't got back to me..

    Does this mean I have to make a new account and lose the old one?

    I'm lost to what I could've done or what I can do as, like I've said, I've only used the account one or two times.

    Does anyone have any advice?

    accounts get locked     and how to unlock the account. This article relates to the same message that was posted in your image. Go ahead and try some of the solutions in the article, and be sure to let us know the results!

    Yes I did, and they told me there is not a phone number for the Microsoft online security team. I just feel like I’m running in circles trying to figure out how to get in touch with someone to unlock this account. I was hoping that someone in the community forum might be able to help direct me or perhaps someone from the Microsoft security team monitors these forums to help get in touch with someone.
