Locked out of Microsoft account with no means of verification

So Microsoft sent me an email a few days ago about how there's been unusual activity on my other account; someone had used it to log into XBox with an unusual IP Address in Ukraine. Because of that, they locked my account, with the only way of accessing it being entering a code that would be texted to a phone number. Now I've done this before, however, this time this phone number was NOT mine. Not sure how someone was able to change it without my permission or knowing. However, I still have access to the gmail that is associated with the microsoft account, but they don't seem to provide the option of emailing a verification code, and the recovery form doesn't seem to be helping at all. I feel like this is a simple fix, but once again, there is NO way to reach a human tech support.

As per my notes above this issue appears to have been caused by Microsoft not sending the verification email from XBOX to link the accounts and ROBLOX for allowing the account to continue without this verification.

IF Microsoft could resend this verification it means the email address would be registered with the ROBLOX account allowing them to verify the ownership.

What do you mean by "getting locked"?

Do you mean the account got suspended? If so, you can find information about that via
https://enforcement.xbox.com

If the Microsoft Account itself was locked, go to
https://account.live.com/Proofs/Manage and check that your Security Information (i.e. secondary email, phone numbers etc.) are correct and up to date.

Also make sure you turn on Two Step Verification and set up the free Authenticator App on your Smartphone.

So i think my account is not permantly but temporarily lock (but i can't get the verification code so i need to use reinstatment form)

I'm sorry to hear that your child's account is unable to log in. Based on your description, you have been locked out of many login attempts, and without security verification information, you can only resort to the account recovery form.

Typically, if an account is locked out for the first time, the lock will be removed after 24 hours. You can try to log in again after that. It is important to note that the more times you are locked out, the longer the lockout period will be.

Based on experience, these newly created accounts are almost impossible to recover if the password is forgotten, as it is difficult to provide sufficient valid information. Microsoft takes the security of user accounts very seriously, and without sufficient information, it is impossible to determine who the real owner of the account is from Microsoft's perspective.
