Locked out of hotmail, help? Tried requesting through microsoft, did not verify

I am locked out of hotmail, my son tried to reset the xbox and I got kicked out of email. I cannot reset password as it has a non existing email address to send to and the phone number I have on there also does not work. It also said I don't have sufficient verification. This should not be this difficult and I need this rendered immediately. I chose gaming below in the drop box but more importantly it is the email that I need fixed.

The only solution for your case is through the account recovery form, in which you will be asked some questions which you must answer, the recovery link is the following.

Please note that this is the only alternative to recovering access to an account, if for any reason you are unable to provide the required information about the account, unfortunately you will not be able to recover it.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you are having issues with your account. Usually you only need to sign in on the
account website. Then it will ask you to verify the account then it normally is unlocked after that.

I have earlier i did everything required for one of my accounts yet when reset the password it said it changed it but when i tried to sign in it told me that i needed to enter the password and if not reset so it looped
around and i tried again but nothing worked so im wondering if ill never be able to log in at all.
