Locked out of google account, lost microsoft account.

Sorry to hear about what happened. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. Just to set your expectation, due to our account safety and security, only us the account owners have the ability to recover our accounts and verify their ownership. Even a Microsoft Support cannot recover our accounts on our behalf because they're protected by the security information we have setup on our accounts which we only have access to.

Please try to fill out again the account recovery form on https://account.live.com/acsr. Be sure to provide the information being asked as accurate as possible.

Yes I did, and they told me there is not a phone number for the Microsoft online security team. I just feel like I’m running in circles trying to figure out how to get in touch with someone to unlock this account. I was hoping that someone in the community forum might be able to help direct me or perhaps someone from the Microsoft security team monitors these forums to help get in touch with someone.
