Locked out of Account for 29 days. No access to email, microsoft programs, and xbox live.

Filled out forms 5 times now, talked to 1 Microsoft Employee....I get no response back from Account Reinstatement forms. Was on phone with a tech guy from Microsoft for an hour last 8/24. He called other departments and talked and tried to help. Said to fill out form again and put the reference number he gave me and it would move my case up and hopefully get reinstated. He said I should have a response by Monday. It is now Thursday and nothing. I cant get emails or bills, cant access any microsoft software on my pc that I need to sign in for, and I lost access to 16 years of Microsoft Xbox Live games and all the $ I spent on digital games. Someone help or am I just screwed for good and just lost thousands and thousands of dollars on software?

(1030 games loaded on my xbox one x w 2 external hard drives attached).

Anyone else been in this situation? Did you get account back? Lose it?

I have no idea why it was suspended or whatever and nobody can talk to me or tell me anything lol

Usually, some accounts are locked for either unusual activity or updating security info on the account.

You also mentioned you cannot sign into anything or xbox live. You can check this site: Xbox Enforcement | Home to see if you haven't broken rules that led to your account being locked. If there's no enforcement action taken on your account, (if you haven't already) please try the link below.

Did you keep filling out the account reinstatement forms or get ahold of someone to help? Idk what to do, I have like close to $10k in digital games on my account.

My account was locked im sorry, on aug 4. No idea why, yeah it says your account is locked. cant sign into anything or xbox live. I have a ticket number if that helps

Did you forget your password or just updated the security information?
When you try to sign in, do you receive any specific error messages?
