Locked out my accpunt

You'll need to both have your birthday as being 18 and having your account be set out of child account into an adult account by whoever set your accpunt up.

No one on the forums can give you a gold code. You would need to purchase one.

There is no way around region locking. If you have a code that is region locked, you would need to see if you could return the code to the retailer you purchased it from and purchase a code that is made for your region. Many 360 games are region locked.
In krder to download them, your accpunt region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a region where the game is available.

Once you add funds to an accpunt, the only way to get it off is to use it to purchase something.

This problem needs to be handled via connecting with phone customer support. Unfortunately there is nothing that we can do from outside of the system as far as I know. contact microsoft customer support via the phone at the following link, they should be
able to help you out!

They will most likely ask you for personal details that are within the system. I cannot be certain what they will ask you, as I as an Ambassador do not have access to tht information... but you will most certainly need your Gamer Tag handy, as well as the
windows live ID name that you once used.
