Locked/Compromised Alternative Microsoft Account

Hi,
I have been trying to recover a hacked account, I rarely used it and only had it on an Xbox that I sold around 3-4 years ago. About a year ago, I started receiving emails saying there was suspicious activity on my account. I reset the password, logged in, and it told me the account was locked. Around every month another email comes in that it has suspicious activity, then a week later, and then another month. This cycle keeps happening and around every two cycles I actually look into it again, when I go through the forms each time it tells me that I have no provided enough information, I made up a fake birthday that I don't remember and I random username that I only remember because I friended the account in 2017. I never made any purchases or anything of the sort, there were no security questions, or at least to what I remember. I keep doing the support tickets as there is no actually way of contacting support and talking to an agent about this. I'm getting sick and tired of getting these emails about my account having suspicious activity, I don't even need the account anymore. I just either want to unlink the account, delete it, or recover it and put higher security on it. Microsoft make it almost impossible to recover an account that has not purchased anything, put a fake birthday, and didn't do much on it. Their support is a joke when it comes to this. I keep thinking about how hard it would be for me to loose my main account to this. I have seen many other people loose their account to this, and Microsoft does not even care to help some. Around a month ago when I tried to submit a form, it didn't even send me an email of confirmation that it went through. They say that they take their customer support seriously in these emails but the only way of verifying that I own the account is that I would a disc version of a game that was played on the account, I own the email attached to the account, and my legal name is on the account under the profile real name area. I don't think there is anyway to stop these emails and recover my account, Microsoft support is just not smart enough to make a live agent support system. I guess I'm stuck with the luck of getting the second phase form to go through even though even though I'm putting all the information I know.

In cases like this, the only option to try to recover the account is by the account reinstatement form. There is no way around. If you put a fake birthdate and do not remember much information about the account, there is no way around this. I'm really sorry about that.

Have you tried to contact Xbox support to ask them to close/delete the account? I saw a case of a user that was able to have his locked account deleted to stop receiving such emails.

Just a heads up, Microsoft Account is managed by completely automated server and no one has the access to reset your password, unlock your account and update your security information here in Microsoft Community neither the phone and chat support.

You did the right thing to fill out the form to unlock your account and if you haven't heard any progress about it. May we ask if you have checked the inbox/junk/spam/other folders of the email account you written under *Response email address?
