Locked account with no possible way to unlock it?

I am writing this on my sons account because my accounts locked and there is apparently no way to fix it. Ive had my xbox account for many years and last week it was appearing locked for “suspicious activity “. The only option i am givin/can find is to submit a form answering questions about my account “which are all answered correctly (credit card, address, etc.)”. And every time im sent an email from microsoft saying “unfortunately we cant verify your identity”. Ive done this several times and still it fails. How is someone supposed to get this fixed when there is no one to talk to?? Everything you have for support is automated and tells me to submit a form that keeps failing and failing. Am i to lose all the money and game progress tied to my account over the years???

hi my account just locked like that without next button and said We've detected some activity that violates our Microsoft Services Agreement and have locked your account. i think someone tryed to enter my account please unlock my account and i will protect my account as possible please unlock it i really need it

your account is gone dude microsoft is never going to fix this but i’ve heard some people are going to try and lock phil spencer’s xbox account because this method of locking microsoft accounts is so effective the compliance team has to find a way to unlock accounts on their side with 2fa

Unfortunately that gamertag is forever locked to the account. There is no way to speak to Xbox Enforcement to unlock the account and therefore no way to change the gamertag associated with the account. Unfortunately there is no one else you can speak to
that will be able to change it for you. This is one of those situations that cannot be changed.
