Locked Account: Switched My Account Over

Hey, I was wondering how to solve my issue of my account being Locked.

i recently switched my account from another xbox one and about 4 weeks ago i got hacked & when i signed in on my new xbox it says my account is locked b/c it has broken the terms of service.. It does not say what the account did to break the rules... & I
know the hacker was harassing people which easily could of caused this, i have the account back.. i was able to recovery it back and switch the info to secure info, but now my account is locked b/c of the hacker... I contacted support team and filed a case,
but they said my info, which is all of the new info i had to put in b/c of the hacker... they said it didnt add up and they couldnt prove it was my account..... i know everything on the account which confuses me on why they wont let me get my account back...
i put hard months into the new 2k just for a hacker to ruin my hard grind, and now the support team things my account isnt mine... Any solutions to this?

Your telling me the account is gone, without any clear explantation on what caused the account to be locked? Thank you for the information, but I just think thats unfair for a customer that spent a lot of money for someone to hack the account for it to
be locked without any explanation or even give me the chance to prove im the owner of the account. No way to prove i am the owner ?

I'm sorry that this happened, but since you do have the case number and an email trail, maybe the next thing to do is to speak with a live xbox support member. The steps to do that are here:

Select My Account
Select "See other options"
Select Error Messages and codes
Select "Show contact options"
Select Request a callback from support

If it's locked like that sadly it's gone since it's a security lock rather than anything else. You can try the contact us page live chat though and see if they can suggest anything security wise due to the forums cannot really check that type of information.

I filed a case, and they said they cant look into anymore, because they can not prove I am the owner... which i am! I spent alot of money on that account and gained a good following. I just hate to lose my account over something I couldnt control & support
doesnt even believe im the owner, I have all the info and recovery code and two step on the account now, but cannot even access my account.
