Locked Account Question

So previously today I had a good call with Microsoft Tech Support and they helped me uncover some vital information in recovering my locked account. I’ve been trying the account recovery forms, but to no avail they didn’t work. I think they do not work because of the birthdate that is set with the account. This is technically my dad’s account, but it is in my name, so I’m not sure if I made up some fake birthdate or something - and yes I’ve tried both of our birthdates. I was wondering if there was a way to investigate the information on the account, more specifically the birthdate, so I can get back into my 11 year old account.

I'm sorry that you are going through this situation, I want to mention that this is only a Microsoft public forum where we are players like you who help other players with basic problems. This means that we are not Microsoft employees, so we cannot get this type of information.

From what I understand, the only way to recover the account is through the recovery form. In fact, Support cannot help in this type of case either since they are not authorized to do so, leaving said form as the only alternative. I would appreciate it if you would contact Support more to get a little more Help/Information.

First question: No, it's not possible to transfer over achievements.

Second question: Some DLC is locked to one account, and not useable by other accounts.

When you go to sign it it will say that you are locked, please verify your proofs, your security proofs will automatically load to the next screen, Here it will ask you to choose one of your proofs, if you have more than one. Also, I recommend getting the
Google Authenticater app, this app is an added security and is amazing!

If it was locked, it was because your password was entered in wrong, or someone was trying to access your information on an unknown device.

You should contact your bank and report the fraud.

When the claim was started they should have locked the account - Contact support with your Ref# and have them lock the account.

Also, be aware that the account in question will be locked up for up to 30 days while they investigate.
