Locked Account. Help

I've been trying to get into my old account every single time I enter as much information that NO ONE would be able to know and its always declined. I am the rightful owner of the account so can anyone please tell how to contact Microsoft to have it manually unlocked because this is getting infuriating and I just want to play with my old friends again. I signed in too many times with wrong password and it was locked, for over 2 years and counting. if anyone from Microsoft reads please get back to me and help.

account locks can only be removed by billing phone support. or you may have a billing suspension which would require you to contac support to take care of any decline balances on your account. if any agent could get into your account they should be able
to see if there is a lock on your account and what is is.

Mine had been locked since the 24th, but other than that, I’m in the same situation. I think my account was used by someone to violate the terms of conduct and got it locked, but nobody will help me unlock it. Doesn’t help that we can’t contact someone over the phone. I was told to visit aka.ms/compliancelock. I filled out that form and nothing has happened.

What exactly do you mean "I've tried everything." If Mitch97Kay is your gamertag it looks like you can sign into the Microsoft Account. When you sign in does it ask for anything specific, or does it say specifically "there's a problem with your Microsoft
Account, call support?" It's not just like asking you to update your security proofs is it? If you have a past due balance for an older subscription (like a month or two ago) and you never turned off auto-renew that would not enable you to redeem that code
either. Etiher way you need to call support.

my account hasn't been hacked or compromised whatever that link is, I need to have my account manually unlocked because the recovery form won't let me even though I provided more than enough information to understand its mine. I know the password to it and I just want it to be unlocked, is it really this difficult just to unlock an account because too many password attempts. if I have to provide more info to an actual HUMAN than I will but right now nothing is working and I need more support.
