Locked account for no response

I'm sorry you're having this issue and I'll do my best to help, as I understand your concerns about the privacy of your account and how annoying it can be to not be able to access it. Situations in which our e-mail account with personal information, contacts, messages and even our documents are really involved are a little more delicate.

By default, the validation period can take up to 72 hours. Unfortunately, we do not have any access to this validation process. You will have to wait for them to investigate and take a position on this.

May I know what have you tried so far to unlock your account?

It seems that multiple incorrect password attempts have been made, either by you or possibly someone else. As a result, your account has been restricted or locked to protect you from potential fraud, abuse, and hacking threats.

does not matter if your brother did it, you should lock your account with a pin, you are responsible for your account at all times.

Microsoft support has told us to do the same form that we have done several times and we keep getting the same response that the account is indefinitely locked even though the guy who locked it said we would be able to unlock it whenever. The guy we talked
to before that locked the account also ended the support case after he locked it.
