Locked 365/Xbox account

Please can a mod help me get my account unlocked? There appear to be quite a large number of users being locked out for breaching the MSA, sadly I am now one of them.

I’ve had my Hotmail account for decades, been an Xbox subscriber since launch, owned every Xbox console including a Series X (currently sat unplayable).

I can say on record that I have never cheated, glitched or badmouthed other players. I do not distribute illegal content on my OneDrive account or distribute anything at all on it. I pay my 365 subsciption every month on the dot, I’m totally legitimate in everything I do with my Microsoft account.

I’ve filled out the compliance lock form, but dont appear to be making any progress?

Yep, but how can I contact support when my account is locked, I can’t sign in on my original email account.

It’s like the left hand of Microsoft doesn’t talk to the right hand.

This is the problem when support gets automated, a multi billion dollar company that doesn’t want to pay humans to answer the phone. 🙄
