lock and suspended

some days ago my account got 14 days suspended I was playing offline with that account and one day I try to purchase an EA access for 1-month after l purchase eat I receive an error that your account has been locked now I wanna ask this question that
after the suspended it will unlock or no because I see in your worldwide community that the people say my account is locked other one says you should have suspended after suspend your account will be unlocked I just want to know is this true or no that's a
different option because I fill out the form and send them an email three times and I didn't receive anything I want to know after the suspended it will unlock?

If you received a suspension from Xbox Live, then after the suspension is over, the account will regain access to the service, provided another suspension was not issued. All information on how Xbox live suspensions work can be found at https://enforcement.xbox.com

I would say permanently suspended, but only the XBLPET will give you an official answer. Funny though, you seem to have been very busy on the 20/05/2011 unlocking every WAW achievement in one day??
