Local saves bad

Was play new assassins creed and had error message about bad local save it told me to go to system then setting and delete local saves tried to go to setting and sytem rebooted and never cam back up system will power up but acks like no operating system.
Have switch hdmi cables and still nothing

whole console is like no operating system

Hey Brian thanks for keeping in touch!

We are sorry this issue came up but rest assured we are here to help! We are going to take this one issue at a time, if the console seems to not have an OS we suggest starting there, try a factory reset through the troubleshooting screen:

1. Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.
2. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
   
3. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
4. Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the
   EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
   Xbox button on the console.
5. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
   
6. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
   BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

Once the troubleshooter screen comes up select Reset console. Select Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and
delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. This will save you from downloading or reinstalling the large game files. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose
Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with
Reset and keep my games & apps and save Reset and remove everything as a last resort. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!

Can you please try fully powering down your console by pressing and holding the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds once the console has shut down please remove the power cable from the wall outlet for one minute then try powering the
console back up and see if the console starts up correctly afterwards.
