Delete all communication WITHOUT reading it.

Keep your friends list small.

Sorry to hear it. Reporting them is the proper thing to do but don't continually do so as each report moves that one back to the bottom of the list.

If you have blocked them then the only way they can get into your lobby is if someone else in your lobby is friends and is inviting them.

That's really strange, blocked people are not unblocked unless you decide to do that.

Do you know if maybe someone did this without your knowledge?

Can you try double checking if the people are blocked using the Xbox mobile app or the profile website?

Since the option to see all blocked users is only available on Xbox consoles, I'm afraid the only way to find this person is by looking up their Gamertag via the search feature. If this person doesn't come up in a search, it's possible their Gamertag was mistyped or changed.

If you'd like to see this feature included in a future update, I'd suggest joining the official Xbox Insiders subreddit and participating in the weekly "Xbox Requests" thread.
