    when I try to load up rainbow six siege it kicks me off almost instantly but I can load up every other game

    Hey there Asure! I understand you are having some connection troubles immediately after loading a game. We see a lot of users having this issue find resolution after downloading their profile again. Don't worry about deleting anything, just follow the steps

    Disconnected when loading up a game

    Its happening to me and a friend of mine and this is the second time in a month we have had a problem with xbox live. First it was the gamerscore and game history error a lot of people had and now this

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
    Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
    Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    Hey there! Most of the time this can be fixed with a full reboot. Go into Settings, Power, Restart Xbox. If that doesn't work, in Power, go to Turn Xbox off, and unplug the power cord from the back for about 2 minutes.

    Hello! I would try restarting your Xbox:

    1. Hold down your console's power button for (10 seconds) or when the Xbox shuts off.

    2. Wait a moment and then turn it back on either using the console power button or your controller

    3. If that does not resolve the problem (repeat step 1) but this time unplug the power supply cord on the back of the Xbox console and wait 10 seconds.
