Loading time for digital games can be excessively long

It could be a corrupted file somewhere on the console. You may want to try a soft reset of the console To do a soft reset just go Settings, All settings, System, Console info, Reset keeping games and app.

You may want to try clearing the MAC address as well. To do that just go to your network settings, click advanced network settings, alternate MAC address, select clear, then reset. Your console will restart at that point.

Outside of reinstalling the game or factory resetting the entire Xbox. Which you could try as a last resort. I would start with those.

I agree but im waiting to load while my friends are starting their first game

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
