    Loading Microsoft game pass games


    Hi,

    Total noob question I am sure - playing Age of EMpires 2 on Microsoft game pass, I don't have cloud storage apparently, no problem, I save game to PC.

    Go to resume game and there an option to load game from the PC, this open the saved game files, no issue there. However when I click on the saved game file, i get prompted with the old microsoft "how do you want to open this file?".

    I can't actually get the file to open and send to the game itself. Where am I going wrong?

    From what I understand you are trying to open the file through Windows and it won't work. You have to open the game and from there, click on the option to load progress.

    Xbox app on windows 11 won't load

    there is no paypal option. also it does load when change region. but it just load and nothing else, you can't download anything. i tried download some game pass games through microsoft store and it work just fine but most of the games requires Xbox app.

    Hello BeanBoiLuke, do you have more than one account linked to your xbox one s? Make sure the account that has the XGP signature is signed in.

    You can also try cleaning your console by pressing the power button for 10s and then turning it on again.

    So, I have had this issue on many occasions before, it eventually cleared up though. It takes the system/service a bit of time to register the subscription to your account, but the errors may just be a tiny glitch on Microsoft's part that you would have
    to address to their support team. If you can, try to restart your console/sign in again. I can list the website where to contact Xbox Support, hopefully that helps! If anything happens, or if I have successfully answered your question, let me know! Have a
