Loaded Prepaid Card to Wrong Account

Hi! About 2 weeks ago, I received a $15 prepaid xbox one gift and loaded it to one of my Microsoft account. However, I unknowingly loaded it to the wrong account with a similar username. Is there any way I can transfer the credits to the correct account
or retrieve them?

Xbox gold live won't recognize that I have xbox live

I loaded a prepaid xbox gold live card onto my account. When I try to sign in and click on play online, i get an error that says "the current profile cannot play on xbox live." I received the email confirming my card was loaded to my account. I have checked
my status online and it says I have an active xbox live status that started yesterday. What is the problem?

you should be able to redeem a prepaid point card on the child accounts i have done this loads of times

Every time I try to submit the prepaid gold card it says something went wrong and I've checked my account and everything what could be causing this

Not completely sure how NetSpend prepaid cards work so I wouldn't be able to give you a direct answer on that. Any major banks as long as you have an account with them give you a prepaid visa card that can be used for online purchases and registered. I have
given Chase prepaid cards to family and friends and they seem to work fine as well. Try to go to your bank where you actually have an account (if you have an account) they usually give cards to people for very minimal card loading fee and then no recurring
fees for over a year (assuming by that time whatever amount of money you have on the card would be used)
