Loadable saved data could not be found!!!!!!

Bare with me on this. So, I have Re7 for Xbox One and Play anywhere. Everything was working great since launch. But I fired up my laptop a month or two ago, opened Re7, took me to The loading screen, then after a few minutes of waiting the game shuts down.
Closes out the loading window. Tried it again. Wouldn't work. Then, finally it started to work. But it had a new problem, every time I tried to sign in to Xbox it would say "Lets Play" then come up with a error message saying that it couldn't sign me in. Kept
trying to sign in, nothing worked and I couldn't play.

Now, a couple of months later, I try again. The load screen come up, signs me in, takes me to the menue. When I click continue it says "Loadable saved data could not be found". So, I decided to start a new game. Upon agreeing that I will need tapes to save
for Madhouse, a message pops up saying, "Couldn't save". So, apparently the auto save function is broken. But, to the point, I cant play the game. I can play it on my Xbox one. My Xbox one loads right up, opens the save, and throws me in. But the Windows 10
version is having problems with it not wanting to load and save my games for Re7.

Any help? I prefer to play on my laptop since I'm not at home a lot. But it doesn't work. It still has the loading screen glitch every now and then when I try to boot it up, but I've tried everything. I deleted the game, I've reinstalled it, I'm connected
to internet, I've checked for updates on both platforms, Im signed into the right profile, I've restarted my laptop, I've tried looking for the files but couldn't find them, so I've tried everything and nothing is working. It works great on my Xbox one, just
not my Windows 10 pc.

A FIX TO THE PROBLEM OF RUNNING 360 GAMES ON XBOX1

I THINK I HAVE FOUND THE PERFECT SOLUTION FOR RUNNING 360 GAMES ON THE XBOX1. START WITH MAKING A DOWN LOADABLE EMULATOR.

 

Data Erased

I plugged in an external hard drive to watch a movie. After watching the movie I put a game in for my son to play. It said that it could not find any saved data, even though there was saved data for the game prior to using the hard drive. Any assistance
would be appreciated.

 

Pretty sure Saving and Loading of games is widely broken in the Windows Store version presently and nobody anywhere has been able to be of assistance. Capcom tells me to make sure I have the game installed on my C: drive and beyond that contact Microsoft.
Microsoft keeps bouncing me around between Windows support and Xbox support with no help coming from either party. I don't think we'll be getting any help in this one

 

I was having a similar issue but after reinstalling it today I found that all is now functioning as intended. It seems as though whatever the issue was they may have fixed it. Give it a shot if you haven't already.

 

True, I mean I know it's still kind of new and everything, it will probably take a little while longer to make sure everything is perfect, but it's still annoying. I had the load and save issues with my Astroneer copy on play anywhere. I uninstalled, reinstalled,
started over, and everything has worked great since. So, till then I'll just wait or buy it on steam. I should have done that in the first place. I just liked the thought of having it for both platforms.
