    Live TV goes to Black screen after using different HDMI channel.


    I have a Sky + HD 2TB box plugged into my Xbox One which in turn connects to a Panasonic G20 HDTV, when ever i use a different HDMI channel to use my PS4 for example when i thorn back to the main HDMI channel which the Xbox is connected to my TV picture
    is black. I can go to Xbox home or play games but the live TV feed is black.

    I can't really understand why this happens as nothing is changing the Sky box and all other Xbox One features seem to be unaffected by the change in channel.

    I'm not turning the Xbox One off when I play the PS4 as I wouldn't turn the Satellite box off in the past to play video games.

    Another bug in the Xbox software which continues to grow despite already having one replacement.Still waiting for Xbox's Advocacy team to get back to me after their last email on Jan 1st.

    What has happened to Microsoft? Their support system used to be second to none.

    tv tuner not working every few days since NXOE

    Exact same issue here!

    - Black Screen in Live TV

    - No Channel available in the guide, only HDMI.

    - I can successfully scan for channels.

    - TV Tuner adapter light remains off.

    xbox one video output problem!!

    my stepdaughter was watching Netflix, and in the middle of the episode, she says an error appeared on the screen. after that, in about 2 minutes the tv screen went black, but the xbox was still on. I turned off the xbox, then turned it on, and the tv screen
    still remained black. I switched the hdmi cable with another, that goes into a separate tv input, and the screen still remains black. I know the second hdmi cable and input is good, because i'm using it for my laptop right now.

    does anyone know how to solve this problem?! any possible suggestions would be appreciated. thank you.

    Xbox one screen keeps going black every few seconds

    Nah, I'm having this problem on multiple tv's. The only difference is that on MY tv the screen goes black every once in a while and has glitchy lines going across the screen randomly, on the living room tv the screen just never goes to the xbox menu or anything, it just says no signal and nothing happens and on my kitchen tv there are no glitchy lines but the screen goes black like every other second...

    You talk about going black but have flickering on Topic.

    There was an official Problem with HDR Flickering on that TVs and Xbox but that should be fixed a time ago
    The screen flickers when HDR or HDMI ULTRA HD Deep Colour is on in the TV, after a while of flickering it goes black, then the TV loses the signal from the Xbox. That's
    my problem.

    If I deactivate HDMI ULTRA HD Deep Colour, then there's no more flickering and no more black screen.

    Well it isn't fixed yet, I'm 100% sure I am on the latest firmware on both the LG C9 and the Xbox One X.

    cant get no signal trough the hdmi leed

    So you plug the HDMI into the console, you plug the other end into your TV, you switch your TV input to the appropriate HDMI channel, and... what do you see? Is it a black screen, static, do you see a message from the TV?
