Live Rewards Account creation time

Hi,

I had sent a request to create my Xbox Live Rewards Account just over 2 days back. I still see the message saying that it'll take about two days to create the account. I want this account to be created before the Black Friday deals are active so that I can
make purchases in the Microsoft Store.

Is there anyway to check on the progress of account creation or to expedite the process?

Delete Reward Account

Hi there,

i'd like to ask if there is the possiblity to cancel the creation of my xbox reward Account, its been about 20h since the request got sent (by a mistake).

The reasons why i don't want the Account are:

- There is not a single sentence about costs, obligations (like having a min. amount of money on your account).

- I dont want to enable things like the automatic renew of the Xbox live membership with this Reward account.

( I just want to have the Reward Account deleted/Canceled, not my Xbox Live Account)

the birthday on the Microsoft account can be found here:
account.live.com/editprof.aspx

Keep in mind that changing it won't change the birthday of your xbox live account. It get's the birthday on creation of the account and it will stay there.

Regarding the rewards issues (gamerpic etc) I advise on going to the forums here:

They are specifically for rewards program questions, and the support agents for the rewards program can only be found there.

The free month is offered during account creation and setup through your console, while connecting to live for the first time.

If you created the account on the website, or finished the whole process on the console, then you missed it.

There is not a limit to Account Creation on Xbox LIVE.

30 days is not from account creation but account access or manipulation, you can only change things once every 30 days and the start time is upon first access or change not creation
