    I recently forgot to cancel my sons xbox live gold subscription, as he no longer uses his xbox. Can I transfer the live gold to my log in or will I have to just live with the error?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    I'm afraid that there is no option to transfer a subscription from one account to another but you can set your son's account as Home Xbox on your console in that way you will be able to take advantage of the subscription as well.

    The best thing to do is contact accounts support here. http://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us (not ambassador support).

    They will be able to check your account and see if there is a problem.

    You are supposed to log into your offline account on the console and purchase Xbox Live Gold with that account, turning that account into a Live Gold account.
