No dia 11 de maio de 2020 eu assinei a Live Gold, mas no dia 5 de junho constatou como expirado, faltando 6 dias para completar um mês e não posso mais jogar on-line ou jogos gratuitos da Live Gold. O que eu faço? Porque expirou antes de completar um mês?

[Translation-On May 11, 2020 I subscribed to Live Gold, but on June 5th it found it expired, with 6 days to complete a month and I can no longer play live gold online or free games. What am I supposed to do? Why did it expire before it turned one

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question on subscription. We recommend to reach out to support. We do not have the tools to look into what happened here on the forums.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Thanks for the reply. Did you happen to purchase a game pass ultimate subscription? If you did this will convert the Xbox live gold subscription, into ultimate time. As the ambassador mentioned, best option would be to reach out to support.
