Discus and support Live Gold active but not working in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Xbox Live Gold account showing active, but can't use to play games online. CAN download Games with Live.     Live Gold active but not working


    Xbox Live Gold account showing active, but can't use to play games online. CAN download Games with Live.

    Posting this because I saw a lot of posts about people having this same issue. Here's what I did to get mine working.

    Tried restarting, didn't work. Tried removing profile and adding back in. Didn't work. Tried testing Multiplayer and found an issue with Port 3074. Changed port to manual and picked a different one, passed test for multiplayer... still didn't work.
    Called support, they refreshed my account, restarted and I was back in business.

    my xbox live gold 12m code is not working it just keep saying (this code is not yet active. contact the merchant to active ate this code) its told BS i got it of a friend unused for a Christmas gift

    XBOX live gold after tag changing.

    Hello,

    I've changed my game tag and now gold status is not working.

    All games offer me to buy new xbox live gold status to play online.

    But my subscription is active till 1st of July 2017.

    How I can to fix this?

    My Xbox Live Gold subscription doesn't work

    If you have activated the code, you need to restart the console to save the code and activate it in your account then Xbox Live Gold will work.

    Hi, if you activate Xbox LIVE Gold. You need to restart the console to get the code credited and activated to your account. Then it will work.

    If you have a active Xbox Live Gold subscription, you can't activate a Xbox Live Gold Trial. You will need wait your subsctiption end to activate trial.
