    Live games problem


    When I was with my Xbox360, I won AC: Black Flag by the Xbox Live Gold, I installed and and played it for hours

    But I actually have a problem:

    I bought my Xbox One, I logged my 2 accounts (This one and the one that I installed all my games , Soda14XD)

    Then I went install my 360 games on it, but the problem is: Assassin's Creed: BF wasn't on the list, and it isn't on shopping history too.

    When I go to AC:BF page on Microsoft Store, it says that I need to buy it, but I already downloaded it by Xbox Gold on my 360, and the majority of my 360's I installed normally

    Can someone help me please?

    I have only had a problem with xbox live once, and that was with the titanfall launch problems. Other then that live works perfect.

    I thought LIVE was more stable?

    That sounds more like a problem with the game than it does Live.

    That game is not backwards compatible. In order to play it on the One, you would need to purchase the Xbox One cersion.

    That game is not backwards compatible due to there being a Xbox one version. If you would like to play it on the xbox one and unlock the achievement. Look out for sales. That game seems to go on sale pretty often.

    Hi!

    While searching for your error code I found this article:

    Repairing or uninstalling and reinstalling the app may solve the problem you are having

    Also, many others seem to have that error when also using Parental Control, do you have it on? That may be it

    Did you make sure your email was entered correctly along with the password? You can try logging back out and back in again.
