    It's really pretty sad that with all the money we pay, your service is constantly so useless! Live is constantly loaded with glitches and on top of that you can't even manage to keep your servers working properly. As it stands, the servers have been on
    the fritz several times in just this week alone. What good is it for us to always be paying these fees when you can't even keep your servers working properly?
