Live F1TV Video Not Working

For the last month I have been trying to watch the live races/qualifyings and every single time it sits on a red loading screen. I’ve noticed threads addressing this for the past month but there still hasn’t been any solution. You would expect Xbox to have a solid fix for this considering it’s a massive company and thousands are complaining.

Get it together sooner than later.

That's because it will never be addressed you are forgetting the issue

F1tv specifically DOEs NOT support consoles only PC and Mobiles you have to wait for official app support

Here we are mid June and still no fix. I don't understand why they still don't have this fixed. It has been months with many people chiming in on the same problem and they have not addressed it.

Other livestreams work fine. And as mentioned, on my laptop edge browser, f1tv streams live fine. It's just on te Xbox that livestreams for f1tv does not work. It just keeps loading. It's also not a network issue as i have a 30mbline and my laptop runs on it fine. There is also no pending update for edge.

Is this already being addressed by the Xbox Edge browser devs after F1tv having revealed the reasons for it to stop working?

We need support, this is not acceptable.
