Live event app does not work

Discus and support Live event app does not work in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Would have liked to watch the halo fest but my live event viewer is lagging horribly.     Would have liked to watch the halo fest but my live event viewer is lagging horribly. Only plays the same 30 seconds of footage. Its not my ISP. Come on Microsoft this is getting old. Controllers have problems and your apps don't work. I'm very disappointed
    with the quality of products you are releasing

    Yes. I know. It does not stream live events. You can only watch posted videos using the app.

    Use twitch, maybe someday ms will get the event viewer working correctly

    The Xbox live events app is available now in the apps store. The full E3 event will be broadcast live using the app. It's currently previewing Sunset Overdrive! Get it now and get the popcorn ready.

    Ll the Daily's would work but not the Event ones. Then they started working, but not the EVENT ones stopped working. Saying no connection to the internet, but the Daily's work and so do all my other APPS!!!
