    I seriously got banned for 2 weeks because I told someone he was garbag and will always suck. Really? Microsoft is so worried about making money they ban someone for 2 simple words but yet most games you buy have every curse word you can think of. What is

    If they threatened it over Live, then the enforcement team will investigate it and take appropriate action, but they can't enforce for the attack itself since it doesn't take place on the Live servers.

    It's my understanding that the Enforcement team does not follow this forum. May I recommend that you go to and sign in at the "Enforcement Team" webpage and see if you can file for a "Case Review".
    For more information see "Your Xbox Live account has been suspended or banned" .

    Can we get an actual way to contact the enforcement team?

    Since it's not done through Live, the enforcement team can't see it, so they can't enforce it.
