Live Chat

Series X, US West Coast, Cox Communication High Speed Internet, Division 2 every day using Microsoft Xbox Live chat. My gaming community consists of Central and East Coast players. Usually I join their game which puts the four of us on an East Coast players server, sometimes a Central server. During game play for the past 2 weeks we are experiencing Chat drops which sometimes includes a game drop for those affected. Those I game with have Series X's, One X's, and One's. Been reading Xbox help stuff and filling out feedback stuff and now I'm here with you good people. I don't want placated responses, or detailed " This is how you reset your Xbox, or checking your network status". Those of us gamers on Xbox (Microsoft Product) understand Hard restarts are needed every 2 to 3 weeks to clear some cache of the games and apps we use. I know about feedback on Live chat, some caused by player hardware and software choices and some to the actual Live Chat at times<<<<<that is rare. Things can get reconfigured (out of wack) sometimes. Sometimes during a load or sometimes switching back and forth on apps or transferring to a players server. I am on Division 2 almost every day anywhere from 3 to 8+ hrs. if I'm not playing my Series X is off. The Live chat disconnect issues has grown more frequent this week. Would like to know if this is in large part due to connectivity between regional servers or ? How Many gamers experiencing this? Educate me on what isn't happening as I know for what ever isn't happening is causing this.
