Live Chat Hasn't Worked since ban.

It's been months since last ban and chat still not working. I sometimes can hear people in game or party but it is extremely rare they hear me. Have reset unit to defaults and done a system reset no change. Mic works fine in messenging can record and hear
clearly. Multiplayer function test says conection good but there's a problem on MS end. I pay every month for service how do I get to use the full services again.?.

Tried all of those now, no luck!

getting frustrated now as lots of people want to use the party chat over the game chat.

This used to work when I bought the xbox fine, just stopped working after a patch several months ago and hasn't worked since.

I have never had my account suspended and my chat hasn't worked since this new update. Added a thread but no response yet. Getting very frustrating.

please do exactly what I listed above FoolhardyEwe50. it seems to have worked for dizzy aimer. he hasn't an issue since our last chat in the ambassador lounge.
