Live account and multiplayer privileges

So every time I try to play elder scrolls online or any verses modes online it won't let me says I need an active acount or to check my privileges and kicks me off I have ultimate live tell January next year and my privileges are all good. What's up?

No its with all my games that have multiplayer, a d NAT is open and working fine

I have tried all that and even tried calling Support and it hangs up on me I've tried everything that's been told to try over last 3 days and it is getting worse. Truthfully I would just appreciate a call or message from an actual technical person

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully deal with what you're currently experiencing. I can definitely see how this could be pretty disheartening for anyone to come across. If you're having problems with your subscription, I
would initially try
removing and redownloading your account as up to date as possible.

If that does not help resolve the issue, next contact
customer support and let an agent review if anything is going on with your account.

Ok so I'm taking back what I said I hadn't tried the removing and adding the account I'm doing it now. So far good but with 55 games and 20 apps itll take me a little bit to reinstall it all so I'll reply back in few on this and let you know what happens.
