Literally got permanently for trying to recover my account.

Contemplating legal action at this point, my account had been stolen from me a few times in the past, and I had recovered it each time, I’m a nice guy and like to share, however some see that kindness as a weakness and attempt to exploit it, but I never really worried because I still have the console I made my account on, one day I see that someone who is unauthorized is on my account, assuming the worst, I immediately file for account recovery, time goes on and I find out my security info was left untouched, so I feel like an idiot but I’m also relieved because I regained access to my account, however I later find out I have received a permanent ban for account theft, phishing, solicitation, appeal denied. So i essentially got my own account permanently banned for being the victim of an attempted account theft, and filing for the recovery too soon. Go figure right, yeah, Microsoft has completely lost my respect, and my consumerism, I have spent thousands of dollars and hours on my account over the years, it was my very first new gen Xbox account with the Gamertag xXL3G3NDARYXxGG, and my first email on it was *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, I won’t stand for it. On top of that, they have the nerve to tell me, they’re not wrong, that they’ve “thoroughly investigated it, and the offense that I’m accused of, is 100% correct. Infuriating, blood boiling to the core. If this isn’t some sort of glitch or error, or even lapse in judgment in the enforcement team, that can be resolved, I will take legal action because this is my property that I have invested thousands into, and to lose it over a false accusation? I simply won’t stand for it. I’ve written these so many times they’ve almost become stock, I won’t be mocked like this.

Offering up your account credentials to other people is a violation of the TOS and can lead to permanent bans. The same for signing in to accounts that you do not own. It does not matter if any of it is done with an account holders permission. It is not allowed. So unless you were going to someone elses house to manually sign your account in, there could be the violation.

It literally says “the Microsoft account you have entered does not exist” when I’ve had this account for 7 maybe 8 years? When I try to recover the account with my email it’s saying it literally doesn’t exist but the account still exists like I can add it on Xbox from a different account

Sounds like someone got access to your account and changed the email to your account.

Because I know the person who hacked it, and no I can’t log into my account shows my gamer tag

Says my account is permanently banned and now I have no way to recover it My account was on my brothers console when it got console banned , it is unfair that my account and games are gone because of someone else cant follow rules and guidelines, and for that idk what to do i have always played fair ,spoke nice and earned or bought everything on my account, ive been trying since jan 2019 to recover my account, if i could even get it reduced from permanent to a conditional use of my account just to show i deserve my account, and get all my stuff back
