List of game licenses Xbox LIVE stole from me - with no warning, for no reason.

I'm sorry to tell you, but it looks like this game will never become backwards compatible. The main reason for this is that the game was delisted from the Xbox Live Marketplace. In fact, it's been de-listed from all digital game stores, which means the
digital version of this game can not be purchased on Xbox 360, PS3 or PC.

Microsoft only release backwards compatible games that are still on the Xbox Live Marketplace. The most likely reason why the game was de-listed is due to licensing. Blur contains real cars from real manufacturers. The license for these cars are only held
for a finite period, which means, unless the publisher renew's the license - usually by making a sequel, it lapses. Hence, the digital version can no longer be sold for download.

It's a legal issue, so it doesn't matter how many people vote for it, it can't be made backwards compatible.

Backwards Compatible list there are very few sports orientated games available. The reason for this is licensing, and because of a legal dispute between NCAA and EA Games, the NCAA games were de-listed from the Xbox Live Marketplace.

Microsoft and its associated partners only make games backward compatible that are available to purchase digitally via the Live Marketplace.

If you downloaded them on a different console, this will be due to the licenses for those games being tied to that console. The same issue will arise if you're playing with arcade games bought on the same 360 but on a different account. In that case, if

Transfer content licenses

You can transfer content licenses from one console to another once every four months.

If your console was recently repaired, or if you’ve purchased a new console, use the license transfer option on your console to transfer content licenses. Here’s how:
