    I have wireless internet, through tower receiver from Kingston Online Services (KOS). My internet connection is fine i can connect to multiplayer games and xbox live but my NAT type is strict, when i attempt to resolve it in my router bysetting all the correct
    forwarded port on a static IP address i get odd results. When i try 'Test network connection' i get 'Everything is good'.

    When I try 'Test multiplayer connection' it waits 10 or so seconds checking and then says "Not connected - Your network is not set up"

    The same result occurs except without any time checking when I attempt 'Test NAT type'

    I have a NAT type: strict

    and Double NAT detected.

    Chose EA6500 because the &%)) is not available on the website to choose. How is it possible that this is the 7th post about the Linksys EA7500 router and Support can't tell anyone why the xbox one won't connect?

    Hello there I had the exact same issue with the exact same router about a month ago. Everything was working fine except the Xbox. After some research I found out the the issue was that Linksys released a firmware update that, for some reason, made it incompatible
    with the Xbox. So I simply reverted back to an older version of the router firmware and it worked fine again. However, I'm still unsure as to whether or not Microsoft/Linksys has resolved this issue.

    Hi

    You won't be able to use both routers (Hiro and Linksys) without getting NAT issues, are you connecting your Xbox to the Hiro or Linksys?

    Hello there I actually just replied to someone else's post with the same issue with the same router. I use the EA7500 in my house as well and had the same issue. What I found was that the issue was actually with a firmware update from Linksys. For some reason,
    I'm not sure why, it made it incompatible with my Xbox. So I simply reverted to a previous version of the router's firmware and the issue was resolved. However, I'm not sure as to whether or not Microsoft or Linksys have resolved this compatibility issue,
    and I have yet to update my router's firmware out of fear that my Xbox won't be able to connect to my wifi again.

    Moderate NAT Type and network behind a upnp port restricted nat

    Do you have the option to bypass the Linksys and connect your Xbox directly into the Ubee device?

    Do have more than one Xbox console connected to the same router/NAT Internet connection?

    Remove the port forwarding rule that you configured and make sure UPnP is ticked enable and reboot the Linksys.
