    Login Information



    Username - admin

    Password - admin

    Gateway - 192.168.1.1

    How to Find Firmware Version

    1. Open a web browser.
    2. Log into the router by entering the default gateway (192.168.1.1) into the address bar of the internet browser.
    3. When prompted, enter in "admin" for the user name and "admin" for the password.

      *Note* If Cisco Connect was used to configure the router then the password will be your wireless password.
    4. From the menu on the left select Connectivity.
    5. Select Basic from the menu from the top.
    6. Your firmware version will be listed as “Current Version”.

    Hey there Rational!

    Could you post up the model of your Linksys router and the motorola as well.

    Make sure your router is up-do-date with the very latest version of firmware. Visit Linksys website and make sure you have the latest version for firmware as listed.

    Try reset your router to factory settings.

    Post back and let us know how it goes.

    It would be great if you're able to find out some more details regarding that modem of yours (make and model).

    If its possible, try use a wired solution instead and let us know if your console are able to connect properly this way.

    Could you make sure your router's (Linksys E2000) firmware is up-to-date with the latest version. Visit Linksys website and make sure you have the very latest version of firmware for your model.

    On your Linksys, you may also want to untick "Filter/block Anonymous Internet Requests"
