    Moderate NAT Type and network behind a upnp port restricted nat

    Also make sure your Linksys is up-to-date with the latest version of firmware.

    On your Linksys, you may also want to untick "Filter/block Anonymous Internet Requests"

    Appreciate if you could post up the make and model of your modem as well.

    Visit Linksys website and make sure your router is up-to-date with the latest version of firmware.

    Also, make sure you have disabled Block/Filter Anonymous Internet Requests on your Linksys router.

    linksys is up to date and the latest firmware has been installed.

    also found out that the router is set for ipv4 and not ipv6 as i remember it used to be in the past.
