    Linking Xbox fortnight to Switch


    Hi

    we have an xbox and one xbox live gold subscription. We have 2 children using the xbox.

    Child A has the gold subscription and shares it so child B can also access fornite and they can play together split screen. Either child can log into their own account and play Fortnite by themselves on the xbox.

    Whether playing together or separate, Xbox Fortnite all works ok.

    Now they have 2 nintendo switches and they want to play fortnite on them.

    Child A has been successfully linked to his epic games account and all his stuff and progress is appearing on the Switch.

    Child B has been linked to his epic games account, but none of his stuff/progress is appearing.

    When I go to the Epic games website, it will only link xbox live to one account. If i try to link it to child B, it tells me this xbox live account is already linked to another epic games account.

    Is there any way to fix this?

    I’ve spent hours googling and trying to work it out.

    Please help!

    Sorry to say but any kind of content transfer between Microsoft account can't be made

    Each Xbox profile is linked to one Microsoft account

    You can add and remove emails linked to a Microsoft account, but this doesn't apply to existing outlook.com *microsoft domain* emails

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you want to uninstall a game and delete your details. First what you mean exactly on details? You can uninstall the game by going to my games and apps>highlight Fortnite>hit the start/menu button>go to
    uninstall. As for details, can you explain more what you want gone and we will assist you further.
