Linking my Nintendo Switch Minecraft account to my PS4

I already have a Minecraft account for my Nintendo Switch, but for some reasons, I want to have cross-progression with my PS4 using the same account. When I try to put in the account information in the link it gave me (https://login.live.com/oauth20_remoteconnect.srf) the PS4 tells me, "Oops! Looks like the Microsoft Account you are trying to use is already connected to another account on 'PlayStation Network'. Please sign in with a Microsoft Account that is not already linked to an account on 'PlayStation Network'."

I want to know how to link the account to save the progress.

TL;DR: I'm trying to link my Switch Minecraft account to my PS4, but it won't let me.

Welcome to the Xbox Community Forum. Thank you for sharing your concern with us today and we hope that all is well.

If you are getting this message this means that your Microsoft Account is already link to a PSID. You may see all the apps and services that are connected to your Microsoft Account by logging in, clicking "Privacy" at the top, scrolling down to "Apps & Services," and then clicking the link that says "Apps and services that can access your data." From there, you should search for the particular app or game that is giving you problems. Choose the game link then click "Edit," you can take that permission away from your account. When you run a game in example, Minecraft on the PS4, it should prompt you to re-establish that connection, after which you can add the appropriate account.

By a switch I meant a Nintendo switch and when I get Minecraft invites instead of going to my Nintendo switch it instead goes to my mobile account on minecraft

Hi Josef, I’m having the same issue however this is the first time I’ve got minecraft on any PlayStation, I’ve tried logging in to Minecraft on PS5 and it gives me the same message, there is only my account on my PS5 yet it says my Microsoft account is already linked to another PSN account, I do not have minecraft on PS4. I attempted to use a different Microsoft account but all I got was a signing in screen for 10 minutes so gave up.

(Edit: just installed minecraft on my ps4 with the same PSN account and also says the Microsoft account is linked to a different PSN account but Nintendo switch works fine so seems to be an issue with PlayStation minecraft)
