Link social accounts

Apparently, you have already carried out the targeted procedures to resolve this issue, however, how old is your daughter?

I ask because users under the age of 13 are not allowed to stream on the platform under any circumstances. It's quite common for streamers to let their children or relatives fill in their live streams, but this is actually a clear violation of Twitch's TOS and a prohibitive offense for both gaming and non-gaming channels.

To be able to link your accounts, first make sure that you don't have 2-step authentication enabled, because this could cause some issues with certain social networks sign-in process. If you have 2-step authentication enabled, you can disable it here: https://account.microsoft.com/security

After linking your accounts, you can enable it again.

If you don't have 2-step authentication enabled, then try to change your password. If the problem keeps happening, try to use another Internet browser.

You will need to link your twitch account to your xbox account before you will be able to stream.

Here is how:

"Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Linked social accounts.
You can link your social media account in one of two ways:
Use the Xbox mobile app to scan the QR code.
Select the Link option which will launch the Microsoft Edge app on Xbox.
You can choose to link your Discord, Reddit, Steam, Twitch, or other social media account."

Have you tried going into Linked social accounts and signing into Twitch from there? See if that is the problem and if it still happens, check the Linked social accounts on your other account. If it is linked to your other one unlink it and relink the Twitch account to your main account.
